Take a Screening Sleep Test at Home

With no lab or multiple office visits, our simple process of using a screening home sleep test gets you diagnosed and on your way to better sleep.

The process is simple. At bedtime, you will wear a small device with sensors and follow steps on the phone app. When you wake up in the morning, you will hit STOP on the phone app, take off the sensors, remove the device, remove the battery. The device can be disposed.

The app transmits the study data to the cloud. Dr. Dexter reviews the automated sleep study results and share them with you and determine if you are a candidate for Oral Appliance Therapy, an non-invasive dental alternative to CPAP for obstructive sleep apnea.

Sleep Apnea Diagnosis and Treatment is as simple as 1, 2, 3

# 1 Consultation Schedule a consultation with Dr. Dexter to evaluate your sleep health, determine if you are a candidate for Oral Appliance Therapy, and discuss screening home sleep testing.
# 2 Take the Test In just one night of sleep, an easy-to-use device records your breathing patterns and automatically shares the results with Dr. Dexter and an Oregon board-certified sleep physician.
# 3 Review Results After review, you are provided with a personalized Sleep Report, a prescription, and therapy recommendations if you are diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. In severe cases of sleep apnea, Dr. Dexter will refer you to local board-certified sleep physicians he partners with. Oral Appliance Therapy is recommended for mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea patients who prefer oral appliances to CPAP and acceptable treatment of severe OSA if the patient is CPAP intolerant.
